By accessing or using flipmyimage.com (the “Service”), operated by FlipMyImage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FlipMyImage provides free, browser-based tools for flipping and mirroring images. All image processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive, host or store the images you work with.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you flip. Because your files never leave your device, we claim no license to them. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and modify any image you process, and for complying with applicable laws, including copyright and privacy laws.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Scrape, copy or resell the Service or its content in a way that competes with it;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with FlipMyImage.

4. Free service and advertising

The Service is currently free. It may be supported by advertising. We may add optional paid features in the future; if we do, their terms will be clearly presented before any purchase, and the core flipping tool described here will remain available.

5. Intellectual property

The FlipMyImage name, logo, site design, text and code are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will meet your requirements. Please keep a copy of your original images.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipMyImage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
